IMPLEMENTATION OF CULTURAL CAPITAL AS CHARACTER EDUCATION BASED ON KI HAJAR DEWANTARA IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS

This study aims to determine (1) Implementation of character education in school culture through the values of Ki Hajar Dewantara teaching at Elementary School.(2) Obstacles in the implementation of character education in school culture through values in the teachings of Ki Hajar Dewantara in Elementary School (3) Solutions to overcome obstacles in the implementation of character education in school culture through the values of the teachings of Ki HajarDewantara at Elementary School. This type of research is a type of qualitative research. The procedure in determining the subject of research using purposive sampling. Instrument in this research is self-researcher with assisted guidance interview, observation and documentation. Data collection procedure through participant observation, in depth interaction. The result of the research shows that the implementation of Ki Hajar Dewantara’s teaching values in school culture at elementary school is manifested in various forms of activities, both classroom and nonclassroom learning activities.
