DEVELOPMENT OF CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS LEARNING FOR ADOLESCENT IN GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING PROGRAM AT UNIVERSITAS PENDIDIKAN INDONESIA

The achievement of educational goals of the 21st century one of them is of critical thinking skills in students that support the quality of education development. Learning based on critical thinking skills is learning that includes intellectual thought processes that utilize individual with using the interpretation ability, analysis, evaluation, until the inference ability of a learning many materials in guidance and counseling program. The approach that used is qualitative method through study documentation and observation of student learning provided in the 1st until 4th semester in undergraduate level. Teaching and learning of critical thinking skills in students of guidance and counseling program useful for determining the counseling techniques for problem solving counselees, as well as analyzing and identifying cases experienced counselees to determine diagnosis and prognosis of the problems.
