EFFECT OF MOTIVATION AND LEARNING DISCIPLINE ON STUDENT LEARNING CREATIVITY

ABSTRACT
Creativity is a very important educational and life demand today. Creativity will produce new innovations and developments in life. Learning activities for every individual, can not always take place naturally. Sometimes fluent, sometimes not, sometimes can quickly grasp what is learned and sometimes also very difficult. In the spirit of sometimes high spirits, but also sometimes difficult to concentrate. The purpose of this study to determine (1) The influence of learning discipline on Student Creativity of Student Guidance and Counseling UPY; (2) The influence of learning motivation toward Student Creativity of Guidance and Counseling of UPY; And (3) the influence of learning discipline as well as motivation to learn collectively on Student Creativity Student Guidance and Counseling UPY. This research includes the type of ex-post facto research with a research population of 149 Students Guidance and Counseling UPY. Research subjects were taken as many as 129 students Guidance and Counseling Students UPY, as many as 20 students are used as subjects in experimental research instruments. Data collection using questionnaire method. Data analysis techniques used are simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are: (1) Discipline learning has a positive and significant influence on Student Learning Creativity Guidance and Counseling UPY; (2) learning motivation has positive and significant influence on Student Creativity of Guidance and Counseling of UPY; And (3) learning discipline and learning motivation together have positive and significant influence on Student Creativity Student Guidance and Counseling UPY with value Ry1,2 = 0,394> p 0,05 and F value count (8,55). Means the higher the motivation to learn and discipline learn the higher the creativity of learning, and vice versa if the lower the motivation and discipline belaja the lower the creativity of learning
