DEVELOPMENT OF PRACTICAL PROCEDURES BASED GUIDED INQUIRY WITH CHEMOENTREPRENEURSHIP-ORIENTED TO IMPROVE STUDENT CREATIVE ABILITY

ABSTRACT 

This study aims to describe development of practical procedures based guided inquiry with chemoentrepreneurship-oriented, and also produce practical procedures with valid and effective criteria. This study includes research development with Research and Development method. Implementation of validated practicum procedures on students of grade XI SMAN 3 Sumedang academic year 2016/2017. The study instruments are validation sheet of practical procedure, pretest and postest question sheet, creative activity observation sheet, chemoentrepreneurship interest questionnaire, and teacherstudent response questionnaire. Result of this study shows that practical procedures whose developed has strong eligibility criteria in terms of content, language, presentation, and graphic with 98%, 84%, 100%, and 100% respectively. This result is supported by an increase in postest outcomes compared to pretest outcomes, effectiveness of practical procedures on improving creative activity and chemoentrepreneurhip interest. And also, teacher and student response to practicality of using the practical procedures is very strong.
