THE INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP TO WORK COMMITMENT AND IMPLICATIONS IN THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES (A CASE STUDY ON A REGIONAL WORK UNIT IN PALEMBANG)

 ABSTRACT 

This study aims to know and assess the influence of leadership to work commitment and implications on performance employees done with 260 respondents of the population of 363 employees who served financial management on a regional work unit in Palembang. To analyze the data used the method of descriptive statistics and inferential, regarding the analysis using structural equation a model (SEM). The main structure model of SEM is having variable exogenous: leadership, and commitment working with variable endogenous performance employees. The research results show that in partial and with all variable exogenous have had a positive impact and significant on variables endogenous. So it is applied with the good on similarities sub-structure and the main structure.
